It is a modern technique which spread due to new market demands and the development of digital printing peripherals. Preparations are similar to other methods. The difference lies in the veriety and the thickness of the substrates. Substrates thicker than 5 cm are rare. We can print on anything flat that is not thicker than 48 mm. Metal, wood, plastic, glass, ceramics etc.
Plate and roll options enable a larger variety of applications. We can print designs on 90 and 220 cm or even larger substrates. The print quality is almost photo realistic, the resolution can be up to 1440 DPI with saturated, vivid colours. Another important difference, compared to other methods, is the longevity of the print. The colours are guaranteed up to two years even in direct exposure to the Sun. There is a white ink option to print one or multiple layers of white. This enables additional options for example dark coloured substrates or transparent materials.
Flatbed inkjet technology cured by ultraviolet light. The maximum dimensions of printing on rigid media: W=1250 mm; L=2500 mm T=48 mm (width, length, height) Dimensions for printing on roll media: 900 mm or 2200 mm.
